Probably. The cost of Priority Pass is high. Unlimited is $469 USD. Occasional still leaves you paying $35 a visit. What Hilton gave us (I am out of there too!) costs $329 a year for 10 visits, then $35 a visit.
Depending on your airline priority, the Sapphire may be best (Reserve gives you Chase Lounges and Priority Pass). I am AA, so I just do the Executive Card, but not only for lounges. You likely know the Delta crowding issues and card deal. Also Amex.
