Yup. I've flown on government tickets a few times and the late ticketing causes a bunch of
tsuris with seats, upgrades, and what not. On the other hand, you're likely booked as full Y. Having been self-employed for over 30 years, my work decides on what airlines and which cabins I fly depending on how flush the self-employment funding has funded
