I'm having the same issue unfortunately. More than 6 weeks have passed.
Called more than 10 times. Agents just make false promises about processing times and prioritizing the case. I now have 8 or so cases which I never asked for but no solution and Avios (which I partially paid for) are lost... this is f'ed up.
Btw, the email states that I should just give them a call to immediately have the Avios transferred to IB. This can't be further from the truth ;(
