I see availability through other *A partners so it should be accessible through LifeMiles. My guess is since this is a new route that won't start until December that LifeMiles has not loaded the route for booking.
You have a couple of options you can do or try:
Call LifeMiles and ask if an agent can book it. You should point out that the availability calendar shows a blue bar meaning that the LifeMiles system believes it is available, however this availability is not showing when you click the calendar date online. There is a small chance an agent might be able to see it? Otherwise the agent might be able to forward the issue to the correct department?
Wait until they add online support for this route at which point availability could be gone.
Submit an online complaint. They do not provide a direct option for this specific type of request so you would need to pick something selectable on their menu to submit it. I might try a Claim request with the Product selection set to Complaints.
