I obtained two certifcates from Delta in Mar 04 for Raffles class award tix on SQ (just before DL increased the mileage redemption from 95k to 120k).

It has been impossible to receive any seats since then and a majority of DL employees do no even want to search for you since it is a manual, flight by flight search.

Of course, they want me to pay a redeposit fee for an award they issued but cannot honor!
