IME LH are more reliable than TK in the realm of schedule changes, especially close-in ones (<1 month before travel). TK hit me and a family member (traveling separately) with a raft of schedule changes 2-3 weeks out from travel this month. I usually see LH finalize its schedule 2-3 months out. Of course, LH are more prone to even closer-in strikes and the corresponding flight disruptions than TK.
