LGW-DOH
- braised rump shank and herb roasted lamb cutlet
- mushroom artichoke ravioli with spinach panna sauce
- pan fried turbot with lemon butter reduction
- Qatari chicken mashkool with daqoos sauce

DOH-DPS
- Cajun chicken toastie with emmental
- five spice beef short ribs with Thai holy basil sauce
- homemade truffle ricotta cappellacci with pan a sauce
- seafood wonton soup

I enjoyed the beef last year but its never going to be completely tender as though it had just been freshly cooked. The lamb could be good.

I'd opt for the chicken on the LGW-DOH but I prefer spicy eastern dishes.

I think the pasta sounds lovely on the DPS route.
