Detailed review of my stay in April 2024

What is your IHG One Rewards status?
Diamond Royal Ambassador Inner Circle

Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Yes, I loved this hotel.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
I booked cheapest rate and received One Queen Superior Room with Private Terrace

How are the rooms?
23 sqm large + 15 sqm terrace

Elegant interior design.
Seating area with small dining table

Comfortable bed.
USB sockets next to the bed.

Television with massive selection of international channels.
No Chromecast
No Free PressReader

Walk-in shower.
Culti toiletries.
Bathrobes

Kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.
Miniba.

Lovely leafy private terrace with table, chair and lounge chair.
View over the courtyard and Milan’s roofs.

Very quiet (you can literally sleep the windows open).

How is the exec. lounge?
N/A

What was good and what was bad?
GOOD
Very attentive staff.
Cool interior design and very pleasant inner courtyard.
Great private terrace, to rest, read or sunbath out of the hustle and bustle of the city.

Very good restaurant and breakfast.

Only 30 minutes by bus to LIN airport (bus stop is 5 minutes walk from the hotel).
Sharing bike station 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

The hotel is remarkably located, in the middle of action (3 minutes walk to superb Fondazione studio museo Vico Magistretti, 7 minutes walk to Villa Necchi Campiglio, 13 minutes walk to the Museo Poldi Pezzoli and 30 minutes walk to the Milan
Triennale).
Fashion lovers can reach their favourite brands Via Monte Napoleone in less than 11 minutes walk.

BAD
Nothing

Value for $ or IHG One Rewards Points? Would you return?
Yes, very happy with the hotel. The hotel is not cheap and prices can dramatically soar during fashion or design weeks.

Some nice restaurants in the area.
• Paper Moon Giardino, 7 minutes walk from hotel
• Beefbar Milano, 6 minutes walk from hotel.
• Il Salumaio di Montenapoleone, 12 minutes walk from the hotel.
• Caruso Nuovo is 13 minutes walk.
