Unless the rollout took time or Aria went tits up, they'd probably go for the same seat? Crew familiarity, negotiating power...?
BA Club Suites is the closest model for CX (sans the 787s).
QR probably less because they chose to put such a heavy Qsuite on the 777 that can't (or not econmically) fit into the smaller planes?
