Question/Help: Right before Business Extraa ended, I redeemed a BX5D AAnytime Award for 11000 (between US and South America). The flight is scheduled for the end of this month and I have to move that flight due to work. I called and the new AA Business call center explained that I have to pick a new trip and get it scheduled before the day of this flight. Trouble is, the agent couldn't tell me if I could change routes (seemed to imply I could) and couldn't tell me the value. She just said, find a flight you want and call back, we'll check then. Question is: How much is this flight worth? How do I look for flights without a conversion of value?
