Hello guys need y’all’s advice here with my unforeseen circumstances from Waldorf .

due to state of visit my 2 rooms were needed. This my reservation is impacted. They are now requiring me to move to Conrad where I have already stayed years before. Their compensation is to offer me voucher and refund my points.

can they really do this? Because it’s my parents 40 anniversary and my 40bday , what can I negotiate ? I of course prefer the stay at wordprg as my 70s folks were traveling long way from home. I really don’t wanna stay same place we have been.
