Today - for a change - we have currently no cancellations, so Storm Kathleen must have moved off somewhere. Timekeeping still isn't good though. 333 departures today and regulation is in place, so two reports, first on regulation, which is the more recent report, and then ATC.

EGLLTC Regulation (Update)

Rate reducing slightly earlier 1000-1400z 38/60, 1400-2300 37/60. Air holding is still 17 minutes despite a couple of TEAM landers and high risk CB's and TS from 1400z in the LTMA.

Network: Heathrow arrival regulation as pre-tactically applied 42/60 0520-1300 and 39/60 1300-2000z due weather. Moderate delays for Lisbon due capacity

Weather: A dry morning with sunny spells and patchy low cloud. A frontal system then arrives from the south west bringing bands of showers during the afternoon and evening. Showers could be heavy and thundery at times with a High risk of CB in the LTMA. High risk isolated CB, Medium risk clustered in the west LTMA 14-20Z.High risk clustered CB in central and eastern LTMA 16-20Z.Gentle SSE'ly winds to start the day, with a risk of isolated 25-30KT gusts in association with heavier showers through the afternoon. Winds then become moderate to strong and SW'ly into the evening with frequent gusts of 28-35 KT overnight.
