However, I'm not sure I've been anywhere where the security was worse than MAN (oh, maybe India). It was really nice at BKK fast track last week.

I went through security at TIA (Albania) a couple of weeks ago and they have these latest CT scanning gizmos, and the officer pulled my bag aside for a secondary. He was very interested to see what this small rectangular black thing was. It was actually a small travel alarm clock (I haven't caught up with the vagaries of alarms on mobile phones yet, and why would I?)
