That depends on the fare class the award books into. Without OneWorld status, business lowest only opens free seating 24h before the flight; other business fares come with seat selection. Either way, IB's seat selection online is notoriously bad and you may have to use RJ or MH manage booking with the Amadeus PNR to select seats.
