I totally understand those short hops like SEA-YYJ/EAT/YVR being no service flights but did something change recently on 4/2/2024 that dropped service on the other longer flights? The E175 flights usually have been having full beverage service in F on PDX-SEA which is a shorter flight than PDX-MFR. I did drop a note to Alaska Listens. A surprising recent change sea pdx on Qx went from first class gets a full beverage service to pdb service only. I can’t really comment on what’s driven these changes but I can share what’s in the internal guidance with that 4/2 update though. It’s driven some discussion among the Qx fas too with the latest changes given we previously served on the sea pdx route. Best avenue to drive that change is to keep the Alaska listens coming in.
i have shared internally about guests being surprised about pdx mfr being a no service.
