Hi all, I hit my eligibility for Elite on 1 Apr and it's still showing as pending.

I just messaged Air NZ via WhatsApp and their response was to wait until 29 Apr when my current tier expires, and when I said that online it says it will be effective within 7 business days, they then responded and said to wait until next Tuesday when their system refreshes.

Can anyone share any insight into when I can actually expect this to pull through and be effective? I've got some pending Gold RU's I want to call them about once I hit Elite, among other things. Thanks
