Not sure if I missed something, but isn't it the norm for carry over points to be above the qualification threshold ? ie for Gold who has 62 points ... it would carry over 2 points, and not 30 ?

Because in my case it has carried over the maximum amount (30) when I only had ~70 points. I'm just concerned that this will be "adjusted" at a later date which makes it difficult for me to plan.
