We had the same thing with our February stay at IC Barclay NY. We stayed for four cash nights and the qualified room spending was just $399. If only luxury Manhattan hotels did cost less than $100 a night, we’d be there all the time! I sent a missing points message to customer services and they quickly rectified this, (plus some goodwill points).
