Crossed 1MM on the 3rd (my birthday) onboard AC991.

I told AC it was my birthday and MM flight when I made a SDC on my reservation. Nothing special happened.

On board I ordered Prosecco for Mrs. Nitehawk and I to toast to 1MM complete, FA snapped a pic of us and congratulated me. The Captain also provided a plastic set of wings for my daughter and a congratulations on deplaning.

As of now the flight has posted, and the app is showing me as 1MM. New bookings don’t seem to show any update to my status on cowtool so I assume I will have to wait a month or two for it to really kick in.

Now I need 2 million more so I can quit flying and enjoy home on Vancouver Island. I wonder what the fastest and cheapest way to mileage run 2 million miles in paid J would be….
