Hopefully you saw my update. I am happy with their resolution.

The facility really is great, and I don't see us ever leaving unless something terrible happens. They have more than enough space for our group, and the amenities within walking distance of the hotel are great. Hopefully my situation was just a one-off. In a sense, there are two issues. One is how they performed for our organization and our conference. That was great. The second is what happened for my husband and I at the sleeping-room level. That had hiccups, and they have now made it right.

Had this happened to one of our attendees, I hope they'd have made it right quickly, because we definitely want everyone to have a great experience when they choose to participate in our event. We count on the hotel to run things smoothly, and for all of our constituents to feel that they got what they expected for their lodging dollars.

Thanks again to those here who pointed me in a good direction!
