I suspect that avoiding anything that calls out James Beard may be a good start as something to avoid! The Freddie Kruger murdered "Golden Roast Chicken" is truly awful. And these chalky grain dishes (whether as starters or mains) are equally dreadful. I am not sure this James Beard partnership has done anything to enhance AA's inflight offerings. The wine person is another example.. its now into April and there is still no sign of a wine menu or a new contract with a wine supplier! Honestly they could save themselves a few dollars by just going into Total Wine! The staff are very happy to share their recommendations and most wines with 90+points are drinkable which is more than c an be said for some of the bilge served recently. Oh and drop that awful stuff pretending to be Gin. It's neither nice nor premium.
