Flew back from VCE to LHR on Friday evening after a great trip. Sat in CE and ate the chicken curry with rice. Approximately six hours later started projectile vomiting and after 12hrs without it relenting ended up in A&E last night for intravenously administered antiemetics and fluids.

The lesson here is probably not to eat things that include reheated rice on an aircraft but just wanted to flag it up in case anyone else suffered.

The cabin crew made some announcement at the start of the flight about an earlier flight that was delayed and I did get the sense that the food may have been sitting around longer than usual. Either way, it was not a fun experience.
