And lastly, back on topic, I think flight BA8081 from LHR to ORY is borderline false advertising, if it comes without any FF benefits for BA/IB elites.
BA make it clear what the Lounge Access entitlements are:

Lounge access is available to:
  • British Airways customers flying on a scheduled flight in Club or First
  • Silver and Gold Executive Club Members on scheduled flights operated by British Airways or one of our oneworld® partners
  • Emerald and Sapphire level Members of any oneworld airline frequent flyer programme on a scheduled flight operated by British Airways or one of our oneworld partners
  • As a Sapphire or Emerald member you are welcome to invite one single guest per each departure flight to join you in the lounge. (Guest must be travelling on British Airways or one of our oneworld partners).
  • All lounge access is subject to capacity restrictions.
BA8081 doesn't fit into any of those categories. It is merely a codeshare. BA make an exception for lounges that they operate to allow those holding a Gold Card flying on a BA marketed flight operated by VY/EI into their own lounges.

Also entrance requirements for the Qatar FF Lounge in T4 are:

Access for eligible customers traveling on any oneworld member airline.
To be read alongside the generic oneworld access guidlines:

Enjoy exclusive access to premium airport lounges around the world with oneworld Emerald or Sapphire frequent flyer tier status. Members of oneworld airline frequent flyer programmes with the equivalent of oneworld Emerald or Sapphire tier status can use lounges offered by oneworld airlines when departing on any flight marketed and operated by any oneworld member airline, regardless of cabin class being flown (exceptions are noted below).
So essentially the answer would be no anyway.
