Ryanair passed BA as the largest carrier from the UK to Europe in November.

In a recent announcement, during November, RyanAir carried 240,000 more passengers on intraEuropean routes than BA and as a celebration gesture, will be offering 240,000 free seats (during a 3-day sale, tonight at midnight until midnight Thu, dec. 11)--all routes from the UK and Ireland. Customers only pay the taxes...

To stay on-topic, 25% BA miles will NOT be earned for this travel.
