I had a booking made 6 months ago for Business class fare tickets. Since then Turkish have changed flight times 5 times. In the latest change, one of my legs was actually cancelled. Upon changing to a new flight time I then noticed that my leg was rebooked into economy. There was no option for Business? When I contact customer service they tell me they can't do anything to change it to Business. Unacceptable!!! Any ideas what I can do?
