The T&C on the RBC Westjet credit cards now state that former card holders cannot get the sign-up bonus WJ$. Has anyone who previously held the card been able to apply with the new T&C and get the bonus?
I cancelled my RBC WJ Elite card last year and keep getting offers for this card from WJ and would apply if not for this T&C change.
