Perhaps because I - if properly targeted - would be more likely to actually use Chase Offers if I didn't have to wade through dozens and dozens of mis-targeted ads?
(I'd personally be okay if I could just hide the ones I am never going to be interested in... kind of what I am doing with Amex where I add all the "junk" to one of my sock drawer cards)
