There is a reason a ‘just safety culture’ exists in aviation and other safety critical industries. My other thoughts have already been aptly communicated by others. Corporate city slicker knee-jerk axing of heads culture leads to big smoking holes that contain what was once an aircraft and its charge of contents if applied to aviation.
