Circuit breaker problem in the cockpit at an outstation.

I wasn't the pax but what I heard was that they only provided water and snacks, no proactive pushing of vouchers or information about them. The pax only knew to ask because I told him to get one. I checked my texts and this was already six hours into the delay!
