This Residence offers a special rate with 10K bonus points. It is possible that they don't offer Elite upgrades like other Residence properties.
TerryK If you choose not to believe that I traveled across an ocean, arrived at the property and the
Front Office Operations Manager told me no upgrade, no lounge access, no titanium amenity, nor late checkout was possible due to 'non-participation in Bonvoy' then do so, but lets avoid gaslighting other members. I saw that 10K rate too and it just shows how messed-up this new property is.
FWIW: the Bonvoy Corporate Member Engagement team offered me an apology and points, but didn't clarify this property participating or not when I brought it to their attention - so they don't even know (yet)!
For now, I'd suggest anyone proceed with extreme caution in booking this property: perhaps you'll at least get points? Hopefully they will arrive at something like the Ritz Carlton Residences Waikiki where they offer (and fully disclose) limited participation of earning/redeeming points + late-checkout.
