Glad I read this thread. With the lack of walkability and no-upgrades, just going to pay 1/2 the price and stay at the Hyatt Place over by the Grand Hyatt. Will even be able to use my Hyatt Place 2k milestone cert. The only other option (for me) seems to be the Hotel Indigo in Midtown... not sure if that's a better locale (I've only stayed in Buckhead in the past which I found clean) and downtown (which I didn't).
