It's a routine check of the Noise Adjustment Valves (NAVs)

On the A380s, just as the boarding process starts, the valves are activated and opened more than normal to let out all the onboard whinges/complaints/moans from Flyertalkers and ultimately reduces any potential increase of internal cabin pressure.
