Hi again, so you mean JAL actually has its own dedicated staff at the transfer desk leading to the departure time, not just a contracted third party agents (who'd also handle all the other transit passengers)?
On a separate note, JAL 39 has a block time.of about 9hrs 20min on those summer schedules with 3hr ground time in Delhi, while the winter schedule is blocked at almost 10hrs with the short turnaround time. The actually flight times are usually about 9hrs. It's just so bizarre that they'd block such a short ground time for an international flight considering catering and cleaning, just 1hr 35min, so weird...
I'll be flying into Delhi for the first time this May, and the November bookings are still refundable, albeit with a fee, so I guess I'll find out whether it's do-able and get familiarized with DEL
