First time arrival into DEL (and India as a whole) later this month - how busy will immigration usually be around 10:30pm on a Monday night? Arriving on TG J, so assume from posts up thread that there is a separate business class line?

Also, any recommendations for transport to a hotel in Gurugram? - would prefer to pre-arrange given the late arrival.

Finally, on departure, I will likely have quite a bit of time to kill before the 11:30pm flight. Are there restrictions on how early one can enter the airport or anything of that sort? I am assuming check-in only opens three hours prior to departure, but with a mobile BP and no luggage, that should not be a problem.
