I queried why GUF availability had dried up because since it started I’ve been able to GUF all AA transcons. I have 2 trips planned, one in July and one in August l, and none of the 4 transcon sectors have GUF availability. They were booked months ago and I call in to check regularly. I

A GGL agent explained they now get a screen alert that the award must be booked into award A class and not A revenue class. She said when they first started a lot of GUFs were booked into revenue A class by mistake.

So I presume lack of availability is the new normal.
