I’ve never found 3 seat spread out (ie on A350s) (I’m under 170cm) any good. I rather sleep seat reclined with adjacent seats vacant.

4 seat as in 77Ws better for this (and A330s, but you’re going further than the A330s go so I assume you’re not flying A330).
