I changed my credit card (as the old one expired) and now am locked out with the same message.
I called and they verified my identity and told me in five minutes I would have access. An hour later, I didn't. (They assured me changing credit card would have no impact on the account).
I called again and they sent me a reset password email, and I dutifully reset my password. Then tried to log in, and I got the same message. Then they said I should have access on the app, but not the website. (But I get the same error message on the app).
Horrible timing where I am traveling on several trips over the next two weeks and have no access to my account.
