I’ve now had this problem three times in the new 77W F cabin (the one with the door). Once on a redeye from JFK, once on a daytime flight from DXB and once on a long overnight from LAX.

Each time the F cabin was full so no possibility of swapping seat. Each time it worked until a few hours after take off. Each time I got 140K Avios before landing.
