EK will be miles behind SQ in flying the A380 as it will be powered by GP7200's instead of RR Trent 900's. The trial A380 with the 4 x GP7200's is not expected to fly until late 2006. SQ should have their first one in revenue service by then, even if it's just on the regional familiarisation flights.
Also intending being on the inaugral SIN-LHR flight, pennies and timing permitting.
