Bumping this thread as I can currently see 6x AA A-class 'upgrade type' seats on my flight... but BA cannot. At all.
The agent seemed to suggest that for Transcon it's never worked for their attempts for any customers.
So is the whole like-for-like GUF on AA really just a sham? Seems that way
