Looks like takeoffs have resumed at EWR.

I wasn't tracking JFK (or LGA), as there seemed to be of little effect there, if any. Was seeing a constant flow of inbounds to both airports, at least. In looking now, there are also takeoffs. The effect is not as strong as in NJ.
