Creating a dedicated thread for the upcoming Grand Hyatt The Red Sea, which will form the largest hotel and hub of The Red Sea project's Shura Island, now that the property website is live at the attached link. It's a shell for the time being, but I'm sure it will be updated as the year goes on.

As per the press announcement from 2021, this will be a Foster + Partners-designed property with 430 rooms. Various online sources are claiming a late 2025 opening for the eleven hotels on the island, which will also include properties from Miraval, Rosewood, Four Seasons, Jumeirah, Raffles, SLS, InterContinental, Fairmont, Faena and EDITION.
