You should not expect loyalty back from an airiline. An FFP is a commercial offer, not a love or friendship relationship. As far as the airline coroporation is concerned, you are merely a wallet.

Is WS returning the love by giving you discounts as former employee? If not, as far as they are concerned, that relationship is truly over so why should you feel guilty?
If *A works better for you, then go for it but keep that decision un-emotional. Ultimately, it is a weighing of pros and cons towards commercial entities that you do not owe anything to or vice-versa.
