Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Yes

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked Premium Twins (reward nights), received Premium Twins High Floor Lounge Access (17-18F). I don't know if Lounge Access was given due to status or lounge pass (no mention of lounge pass during check-in).
I tried to use a CSU for the stay, and even with the hotel website showing suites being available, customer service told me no suite was available.

How are the rooms?
Room was not small (25 sqm) but possibly due to large bathroom and some furniture arrangement, the room of the first stay felt very cramped. The room for the second stay was much better. Both rooms were very clean as most IHG hotels in Japan, and the A/C circulates outside air. The rooms offer great view of the city and Okayama Station, and certainly a treat for train nerds (which the hotel happily boasts on its website).

How is the exec. lounge?
We didn't visit during lounge hours (3-7pm), but visited a few times during bar hours (7-11pm). The view was great (although similar to our room's), but the cocktails were quite meh. I'm not a whisky person but they have a large selection of Japanese whiskies. The lounge is closed on Sundays.

What was good and what was bad?
The good:
- Friendly and helpful staff. I was greeted by name when I checked-in for the second stay, and our stored luggage + online shopping are already in the room
- Room was very clean and quite new (by ANA CP standards)
- Room has excellent air circulation
- Easy access to Okayama Station - 3 mins walk to JR lines platforms and 4 mins to Shinkansen platforms
- Reasonable reward night rates

The bad:
- Room had limited power outlets

The ugly:
- Rooms felt cramped
- Wi-Fi is not encrypted

Averaged 14K/night during (forecasted) sakura season, great value. Will return if in the region.
