Actually HON pax are (and should be) more important than other passengers. It is simple business logic and also followed by all those Group1 boarding, limousine transfers, highest prirority standby, (higher) priority luggage handlding etc etc.

Of course ethical standards all nice people do follow. But there is absolutehle nothing non-ethical to get serviced first, get all promised privileges and remind to some unhonest worker requirements that they actually need to fulfill their duites if they are just lazy or try to build some socialism.
