I'll be renting from HERTZ IAD this weekend for a one day drive in DC area, first time in this area.
As understand I can opt-in for PlatePass at $9.95 + toll.
However, can I instead opt no to use PlatePass and once return my car go in to https://www.tollroadsinvirginia.com/ and pay utilizing Pay A Missed Toll and not getting charged by HERTZ?

When I travel in the Bay Area and rent from HERTZ I always use https://www.bayareafastrak.org and add my rental cars plate to have tolls charged to my account without any issues or problems. I don't find this kind of option for https://www.tollroadsinvirginia.com hence my question.
