Check out Restaurant St. James’ menu, they’ve got mostly fresh seafood and some other stuff like risotto, lamb, etc. You can go all out and they’ll literally haul a fresh lobster out of a pot dangling in the water in front of the seating area of the restaurant (not cheap, but you’d remember it forever for your anniversary!). Or go there for an awesome lunch while the shuttles are free, pick up a nice bottle of wine or champagne with some bread and charcuterie from Chin Lee’s on your walk back and enjoy a sunset picnic for your anniversary meal.
Thanks again, all great ideas. What was the actual food situation like at the hotel Polynesian Night. Was it at least decent? My expectations are pretty low for that. Your idea of a lunch at St. James and sunset picnic may be the way to go. Also considering room service that night if we get an upgrade to a room with a decent patio and view. Right now, we're booked in the standard lagoon view suites on points.
