Hi there, Im trying to understand why some of my credit cards allow me to pay with Bask Bank for the payment, but other banks do not.

Example Citi card AA I can withdrawal from Bask Bank no issues to pay off the balance.

BOA : Not able to do so
Capital One: can't be used for payments or transfers.

Help i'd like to use Bask for this.
