This is true, my wife and I both got 140,000 avios a few weeks ago, both 1st seats had total power failures - no seat adjustment, no IFE and lighting had a mind of it's own, crew tried many times to resent each seat and whole cabin, IFL filed a complaint for us, got an apology one week later with avios deposited into our accounts.
I doubted it would happen we were flying on a 2-4-1 with GUF2, but pleasantly surprised they did not bid lower than the IFL stated.
