I want to change one leg of my flight (on UA metal) to an earlier time (everything else the same). It is available on the ANA site, but when I go to change ticket, I can't. The first leg is no longer available and the site won't separate the segments. Is there any way to do this online (awards were booked online)? Would rather not call bc then any further change or cancel requires calling in. (This assumes of course that they can change the one segment by phone.)
